All sales are final sale , no returns or exchanges, it is up to you to carefully inspect your purchases before you buy, we cannot guarantee things are in operating condition . We Do Estate Sales reserves the right to check large handbags/totes/backpacks of any kind at checkout , and reserves the right to change pricing on items that we know have missing or tampered with price tags . We Do Estate Sales accepts cash happily for your purchases , and CC for purchases over $10 as well , without passing on any fees to you .
We Do Estate Sales staff is unable to help with heavy lifting of purchases . Please bring your own help to carry large purchases , as well as a vehicle large enough to hold it . Please bring any tools you may need to disassemble anything ,and safely remove from the sale .
