-After sign-up, you will receive an email confirming your position in line. You will also receive an alert via email and text (if opted-in) alerting you
when it is your turn to enter the home. NOTE: Don't be alarmed if you get a high entry number! Many buyers sign-up but then don't show-up. Your actual entry time on sale morning may be a lot quicker than you expect.
-DO NOT START A LIST THE MORNING OF THE SALE OR POST A LIST ON THE PROPERTY. USE THE QR CODE POSTED ON THE DOOR TO ADD YOUR NAME TO THE ONLINE SIGN-UP. Once we have admitted customers who signed up online using Pickerty, we will admit any walk-ins according to the order in which they arrived.
-Please arrive prepared to remove all items you have purchased. If you can’t move it by yourself, bring help. We will provide contacts for local, reasonable movers upon request.
