This is not an auction. All items are tag priced in advance, but we do not provide prices beforehand via phone or email.

There are multiple items available for pre-sale. They may be purchased at any time. Please contact us at 309-838-7080 to purchase. Remaining items include:

All other items will be available at opening. No other pre-sales.
Please bring help to load items. We want to supervise removal of items from the house but are unable to help.
Packing supplies and containers are recommended.

Wait list posted at 2 pm September 17. Our wait list is the only one we utilize. Sale opens at 4 pm on the 17th. Names on the wait list will be the first ones admitted. We typically get everyone in within the first 10 minutes.

Please, no pets in the house.

Complete house sale of furniture, furnishings, household, clothing, garage items and more.

Sale opens at 4 pm Thursday, September 17. Wait list posted at 2 pm sharp. Sign, go, return at 3:50 pm. Names called beginning at 4 pm. All others admitted as space permits. We typically get almost everyone in within the first few minutes. This is a nice, clean, spacious house. Please, no pets inside. The house has been sold. We want to keep it nice for the new owners.

Entry and checkout through the garage. Small valuables will be displayed in the garage. Most of the small items and primitives will be in the basement (one set of steps). Most of the furniture is on the first floor with easy access to the front door. We accept cash, check, and card (3.5% fee). No Venmo, PayPal, etc.
