We may require that you hire professional movers for some items and will provide contacts for local movers.
-Do not post entry list on property. We will honor a watched list for entry - which means the first person in line stays at the property and begins a list of names as others arrive. If you add your name to the list, you must be present when your name is called from the list for entry or you go to the end of the line. We don't see anything worthy of a dumpster or donation pile and are confident you'll find something wonderful to rehome.

Most large furniture items are available for presale through 6pm on Wednesday, 6/25. These items are marked "PRESALE" on the photos along with measurements.
