Treasures in LaGrange!!

1. SIGN UP SHEET: This sale is being conducted by the family and only the sheet posted by the family will be honored. Please be patient and respectful. ** It will be taped to/near the front door at 8A each morning of the sale. You can sign up a MAXIMUM of ONE other person. DO NOT sign up on a sheet that another customer started. It will not be honored and the names will not be transferred to the list we post.

2. PURCHASES: CASH ONLY

3. PRICING/DETAILS/PRE-SALES: We do not provide any details prior to the sale and pre-sales are not permitted.

4. RESPECT THE FAMILY AND FOLLOW SHOPPERS: Verbal/physical disputes or disrespectful comments towards the family or fellow customers will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any item/customer from a sale in any such instance.

6. ADMITTANCE: We reserve the right to refuse customer entry at our discretion.

7. MOVING LARGE/HEAVY ITEMS: You are responsible for providing your own help and tools to ensure large/heavy items are safely removed without damaging the homeowner's property.

8. ITEM AVAILABILITY: Due to circumstances, such as limited space, multiples sales, and/or our decision not to include a sale item after photos were taken, you may find not all items will be at the sale.

9. DISCOUNT DAYS: Some restrictions may apply. We will not retake pictures after the first day.

10. NO public restrooms. NO large bags. NO outside food or drink.

11. WATCH YOUR STEP/ ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK: You are responsible for any slips, galls, and damage or harm that you may cause to yourself, others or the homeowner's property. The homeowner and/or their family is not responsible or liable for any such instance. By entering the grounds and the estate sale, you accept all responsibility, agree to these terms and consent to being photographed/videotaped. Please watch your step at all times.
