Please see all photos, if you have any questions whether an item is included or not, please ask before bidding. Permanent fixtures that belong to the property owner are not included. (Doors, sinks, anything permanently attached to the building, ect.)
-1,000 sq ft storefront available to lease pending Landlord and City Business License approval. Buyers wishing to lease the space have until September 30, 2025 to obtain a Lease and Business License. In the event the buyer does not obtain a Lease and/or Business License, all items must be removed by September 30th, 2025 at 5pm CST. Any items left after this time will be considered abandoned with the buyer forfeiting all rights.
-Contents may be removed at buyer's expense, leasing the property is not a condition of the sale. Buyers wishing to remove the contents have until September 21st, 2025 to do so. Cleanout days to be scheduled with the sellers. Any items left after this time will be considered abandoned with the buyer forfeiting all rights.

-Payment by cash or Cashier's Check only, credit card payments and personal checks are not accepted. Payment in full must be made within 48 hours of the auction end.

-Shipping is not available.
-We manually approve all bidders who have never bid with us before and anyone with a HiBid score of under 10. If your bids are "pending" they will be approved as long as you meet our bidder qualifications. We do not approve bidders with a negative HiBid score, a recent history of non-payment, a history of chargebacks, a history of threatening or abusive behavior, accounts with non-matching or incomplete billing and shipping information and brand new bidder accounts with a unusually high number of registrations and bids in a short period of time.
