This sale will be held in a Lemont Home, there will be access to the main level, upstairs, and 2 full garages. Coins and pocket watches will be cash only sales (no debit or credit on coin or watch sales) and will not be present in the home until the day of the sale. We do not pre-sell any items or discuss pricing before the sale. Anyone acting unprofessionally in the building or home will be asked to leave. Items described in the ad will not be available for purchase until the sale dates. We will respect a watched list only; meaning, if you are first to the sale you start and stay with the list. All sales are final. Debit/credit accepted but we charge a 2.7% fee for all debit/credit transactions. You are responsible for moving large items so bring the help and packing materials you need, bring packing supplies if you plan to buy fragile items as we only have a limited supply. Bell, Book & Candle is not responsible for injury or damages so please be careful in the estate and when examining or moving very fragile items.
