All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. No returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.

Payment
We accept cash and credit/debit cards. A valid photo ID may be required for card purchases.

Pickup & Loading
Buyers are responsible for the removal and loading of all purchased items. Please bring help, tools, and appropriate vehicles for large or heavy items. All items must be removed by the end of the sale or designated pickup time.

Holding Items
We do not hold items without full payment. No exceptions.

Pricing & Discounts
Prices are firm on the first day of the sale. Discounts may be offered on subsequent days at our discretion.

Liability
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage occurring on the property or during pickup.

Children & Pets
For safety reasons, we kindly ask that children remain with an adult at all times. No pets allowed unless service animals.

Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone being disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful.
