Paxem may change our estate sale dates due to inclement weather. Please return to this site before attending our sales during the winter months.
Prices can not be shared over the phone, please come to the sale.
*COVID 6-foot social distancing recommended; masks are optional. If you feel sick, please stay home and shop online.
*Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
*No public restrooms.
*No large purses or bags.
*No beverages.
*No prices will be offered over the phone, email, or by text.
*Payments via credit cards accepted but CASH IS preferred. A 3% charge will be added for all credit card sales.
*No returns, exchanges or refunds. ALL SALES FINAL.
*Paxem employees are not able to help move furniture. Large pieces of furniture must be moved by a professional mover.
*Vehicles must be parked on the street and not blocking any driveways. Pickups welcome in driveway for a quick move-out.
Paxem will accept a watched list*. Paxem goes right off the list. Paxem does not give out numbers. Be at the sale at opening to insure your spot. When you start the list, it may not be left unattended at any time.
Please maintain a 6-foot social distance while waiting outside.
Dress for the weather.
*A watched list - The first person onsite at a sale starts the list. The list is sometimes started the day before or an hour before the sale. It cannot be taped to a door or a window it must be held. Everyone who arrives signs this list. Paxem then calls names from the list in order when the sale opens. When you’re called you must be present, or you are removed from the list, and lose your place in line. If you start the list please text us a picture so we know it is the first and only list.
