We use an automated line manager system to determine the entry order into the home. Signup is at BRIESLINE.COM and launches at 5:00 PM Wednesday evening prior to the start of the sale and at 5:00 PM the day before each subsequent sale day. Please make a note of your number after signup.

There are no paper sign-up lists. Sign up for a place in line at this sale at BriesLine.com! The signups for ALL SALES launch at 5:00 PM Wednesday evening prior to the start of the sale and at 5:00 PM the day before each subsequent sale day. If you do not sign up for a virtual number ahead of time and there are people waiting to enter the home, you will need to sign up for a number on site.

We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 15 at one time. There will be NO bathrooms available for public use.

This 1,400 square foot 2-bedroom single-family home built in 1954 features 50 years of accumulation from these long-time homeowners. There is vintage furniture in a variety of styles, home and holiday decor, collectibles, clothing, furs and costume jewelry, useful household items and more. The family would like the home cleared out so everything must go!
