Design Warehouse bears no responsibility for the accuracy, genuineness, authenticity, suitability, or condition of any item. Prospective bidders are encouraged to conduct their own inspections. By placing a bid, bidders affirm that they have either thoroughly examined the items to their satisfaction or elected not to do so personally.

Design Warehouse retains the right to decline any bid or bidder at its discretion. In cases of discrepancies, technical issues, or other circumstances, the auctioneer's determination of the winning bidder shall be conclusive. Design Warehouse disclaims liability for missed bids, internet interruptions, technical malfunctions, operator errors, or any other factors leading to a bidder's inability to secure an item.

The auctioneer may cancel or restart the auction due to system failures. Certain items may have reserve prices, allowing the auctioneer to bid on behalf of the seller. A buyer's premium of 5%, along with a 3% administrative fee for credit card, LivePayments, or domestic PayPal transactions (4.5% for international PayPal), applies.

Shipping arrangements are the sole responsibility of the bidder. Items designated for "In House Shipping" can be shipped by Design Warehouse, while those marked for "Third Party Shipping" must be handled by an external shipper or freight carrier. Buyers are responsible for contracting either Design Warehouse or a third-party shipper, as well as covering packing, shipping, and insurance costs. Items remaining in Design Warehouse's warehouse beyond six weeks post-auction may be resold or discarded, even if payment has been received.

Design Warehouse assumes no liability for losses or damages once items are in the possession of a third-party shipper or freight carrier. Sales tax may be applied on top of the hammer price and buyer's premium. Buyers with resale certificates must register them with LiveAuctioneers or provide a copy directly to Design Warehouse to waive tax collection.

Accepted payment methods include LivePayments, cash, cashier's check, wire transfer, debit card, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Purchases exceeding $800 for coins or jewelry must be paid via wire transfer unless the buyer is a regular customer. Payments are due within three days of the auction, with unpaid purchases subject to voiding and resale at the auctioneer's discretion.

Autopay: If payment arrangements are not made within three days of receiving an invoice, Design Warehouse reserves the right to charge the credit card provided during registration.

Sales Tax: Online purchases may be subject to sales tax, with exemptions granted for tax-exempt entities submitting valid certificates.
