Thank you for considering our sale. We accept cash, check or card (3.5% surcharge with a minimum fee of .40).

This is not an auction. All items are tag priced in advance, but we do not provide prices beforehand via phone or email.
We do not do pre-sales. All advertised items are available at opening.
Please bring help to load items. We want to supervise removal of items from the house but are unable to help.
Packing supplies and containers are recommended.

We typically put a wait list out two hours prior to opening. You may sign, leave, and return 10 minutes prior to opening time. Further instructions will be indicated in the description section.
Please, no pets in the building.

Easy access from I-55, half-way between Chicago and St. Louis.  Near I-39 and I-74.  Close up parking, covered loading, restrooms on site.
