Anderson Park - Normal Estate

Welcome to another complete estate sale, near Anderson Park in Normal, IL.

This 3 Bedroom Ranch with basement is full of a variety of items including antiques, primitives, toys, furniture, books, costume jewelry, marbles, and more. Valuables are stored offsite and will be brought to the location on the days of the sale.

Just one block from Anderson Park and Pool, parking will be available on both sides of the street. Checkout will be located in the garage and we will have items on both levels. Stairs are required for access to the 3 rooms in the Basement.

Our official wait list will be posted at 8:00 am. Rather than wait in a line for an hour, sign the list and return at 8:50. We will open promptly at 9:00 am. People on our official wait list (sorry, no other lists recognized) will be admitted in the order of the list. Others admitted as space available.

All pictured items will be available once we open our doors at 9 am on Friday, July 10. Please note that the home will be staying with the family and some items in the house will not be available for purchase. We will do our best to cover or place things in closets but everything will be marked if they are not available for purchase. Please honor our signage throughout the house.
