Hello & Welcome to our sale!

There’s no parking on Happ. Please park on Harding or on Winnetka road. Going through the driveway to pick up a large object is perfectly fine. 

The estate sale occurs in an old house's second floor. There are two steep ramps of stairs, please hold on the railing at all time while ascending and descending the stairs. We'll have a lot of items on the lawn as well. Please note this ad allows to load only 50 pictures free of charges.

it’s ok to park temporarily in the driveway if someone is holding a list.
