Please do not call or text asking for prices, we do not give out prices before the sale!
We will honor a started and watched sign-up list. If you start the list you must stay with the list and allow others to sign the list. No exceptions. If there are any disputes over the started sign up list, Shelander Estate Sales, LLC reserves the right to disregard the list and implement another method for customers to gain entrance into the home. We hope to give a great experience to all who enter, let’s all have fun!

Please bring your own help in removing furniture and large items from the sale, the help we can provide is minimal.
