This is a CASH ONLY sale. (we will hold items up to an hour if you need to go to an ATM)
You MUST bring help for carrying large items.
As always a list will be available at 8:30, however a watched list will be honored if all present are in agreement.
Please, please, PLEASE do not contact for pricing. My prices are extremely reasonable.
Full price on Friday, HALF PRICE on Saturday.

Description & Details

The items in this sale consist of:

1) Items from an estate in Darien that was not enough for a sale and was transported to Palos Heights to be combined with my parents estate. These items mainly consist of new items bought on home shopping networks and never used.

2) My parents estate which has accumulated from the 68 years they have lived in this home they built. (aka: my birthplace)

3) A vast array of items purchased from clients who did not have enough for a sale in order to boost other sales that may have been lacking volume. A win win situation for everyone...until a new law was passed this past January by Gov. Pritzker and I will no longer be conducting sales. The law prohibits me to hold a sale without an auctioneers license and taking yearly classes. So not only are there those extra costs involved I would then also liable for fines for things like a hawk feather in a flower arrangement, a piece of ivory in a necklace...and on and on. Since I will no longer be holding sales we needed to pull EVERYTHING out of storage (aka: Pam's basement) and sell it. While we are sad to no longer be having sales, Pam's family is thrilled to have their basement back!

This will be a fun sale with quite a variety of items to choose from! The house is not on the market as of yet and so there may possibly be a second sale down the road with the items that I have at my home...a ton of jewelry and collectibles...there just wasn't enough room or enough different colors of masking tape to keep it all separate! LOL If an offer my dad can't refuse comes through on the house...well then it is facebook marketplace for me. NO REALTORS PLEASE! We have one in the family if that is the route we decide to go!
