Creative Estate Solutions will be hosting a Living Estate Sale in Peoria. This sale will be Wednesday, 11/5 through Saturday, 11/8.  Details and times listed below. This unique Mid Century Modern Home has been owned by the same family since 1984.  This sale features High Quality Home Furniture, Collectibles from many different countries, Unique Art (some having museum quality matting & framing) & Sculptures, Vintage Toys, Incredible Garden Art, Entertaining Accessories, Everyday Household and so much more!  You’ll want to add this sale to your “treasure” hunting plans for this upcoming week.   

SPECIAL NOTE…. This incredible home is nestled in one of Peoria’s most established neighborhoods and will be going on the market soon.  Enjoy the fall foliage and scenic Illinois River views while shopping for your “treasures”.

Please obey speed limit signs (25mph) through the neighborhood and use caution as to not block any driveways.

Thursday, 11/6 - 12:00pm – 6:00 pm – Sign Up Sheet at 11:00am

Friday, 11/7 – 9:00am – 1:00pm – 25% off

Saturday, 11/8 - 9:00am-1:00pm – 50% off

PAYMENT METHODS… Cash, Venmo, Check (with proper ID)

SPECIAL NOTE - FURNITURE PURCHASES…

Furniture pick up times will be scheduled for all purchases.  These pick-up times will NOT be allowed during estate sale hours.  All furniture purchases will need to be picked up by Wednesday, 11/12/25.
