This wonderful landmark building will be the sight for our next sale. The building not only housed the bishop but at one time housed 60 Sisters of the Third order of St. Francis . So much history, so much architectural beauty, so many treasures within this home. Located at 740 N. E. Glen oak . 

Join us on June 28th and 29th for a sale of contents including fixtures and furniture. It promises to be a great day. Proceeds from this sale will be donated to the Sister Diane Marie Gynecological Reserch fund.

Sale will begin at 9am on Sat june 28th @9am numbers will go out at 8am, only first day. Sale will be Sunday 29th from 9 to 3.

Please use the lot at 800N.E. Glen Oak and cut across to convent. You can also use parking deck B at the hospital. Please Do NOT PARK IN THE FRONT OF CONVENT. that will be for loading only. Be aware that Glen Oak is under construction. It should not cause a problem but be aware.

Contents include MCM furniture, chairs, lamps, fans, desk lights, office furniture, plant stands, tables, books, games, rugs, aluminum furniture, patio set. Tables of all shapes and sizes. 1960 freezer avocado green. Larger tables, sewing machines, card tables, trays. Kitchen supplies, cookware and gadgets. Artwork includes pictures that once graced the walls at hospital. Cuckoo clock, floor lamps, bronze lamps, porcelain lamps. Full fireplace tools and screens. Lecturn once used by bishop. Large area rugs in beautiful condition. Magazine racks, dining and serving items, canister sets. Silverware sets. China, pewter, heavy silver serving items. Older tv, waste cans. 

When it comes to fixtures in the home, we know as of right now that we can sell doors , door knobs, some lighting fixures, curtains . By sale time we will have a better idea on what exactly can go and what can not. You will not be disappointed in the event.
