As always, please be mindful when parking and do not block any neighboring driveways. Please note that garbage pick up is on Friday and we would like you to be mindful of the garbage trucks. Thank you! Please note that your shoes will need to be removed to preserve the floor for the new homeowners :) Dates

If you have any specific questions, please text me directly at 630-450-6019 or email me at: ashleyhartwig@gmail.com. If you have a question about an item, sending a picture of the items helps tremendously.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
1. There is an optional sign up sheet that will go out at 8am. If you arrive before then & begin your own, please physically pass it along to the next person to arrive.
2. We always bring plastic bags and paper to wrap items with. However, we do not have or provide oversized bags, boxes or totes - please keep this in mind.
3. For payments: we accept cash, debit & credit cards [ with a 3% processing fee ], and Zelle as well. Sorry, no checks.
4. Furniture is available for presale & when applicable, outdoor furniture and larger items
5. If you are buying larger items, please remember to bring help, a large enough vehicle and any tools that you will need.
6. We do not provide the pricing for small goods.
7. We do not hold items.
