This is a very nice sale in a Tinley Park Condo.  This sale is on the 4th floor of a condominium building.  All furniture needs to be moved out in the elevator.  Therefore we will be allowing the opportunity for pre-sales of select furniture items: Fancher Mid Century Modern MCM 7 piece bedroom set includes gentleman's chest, triple dresser,  2 mirrors, 2 night stands and king headboard and frame and a king size box spring and mattress set.  Also available for pre-sale will be a Hollywood Regency vintage walnut oval dining room table with 3 skirted leaves and 6 chairs.  The final item available for pre-sale will be a smaller size S curve roll top desk with chair.  These are the only items available for pre-sale. Typically we put out a sign up sheet at 12 noon the day before the sale which determines the order that we let people in for the sale starting at 9 am on Friday.  We will not be putting a physical list out for this sale since it has a locked lobby.  If you would like to be on the list you will need to text Amy at 574-529-4252 starting at 12 noon on Thursday, Feb 5th with your name.  Sorry, no texts sooner than this time to be on the list.  This condominium HOA will not allow any signage or directional signs for this sale.  We will have a representative at the front door letting people in.
