• All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties.
• All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Payment:
We accept cash and can take card with a 4% additional fee. Payment is required at the time of purchase.
Pricing & Discounts:
Prices are firm on the first day unless otherwise marked. Discounts may be offered on subsequent days at the discretion of the sale host.
Item Condition:
We do our best to describe items accurately, but buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchasing.
Holding Items:
We cannot hold items without payment.
Removal of Purchases:
Buyers are responsible for removing purchased items. Please bring adequate help, tools, and transportation for large items. Staff may not be available to assist with moving furniture or heavy objects.
Pickup Times:
All purchased items must be removed during sale hours unless prior arrangements are made.
Liability:
By attending this sale, you agree that the property owner and sale organizers are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items.
Respect for Property:
Please be respectful of the home and property. Children must be supervised at all times.
Theft:
Shoplifting will be prosecuted. No large bags or purses allowed inside.
