We reserve the right to charge correct pricing on items in which tags/stickers have been removed, altered or changed.
Neither the homeowner, nor Mary's Estate Sales, who is conducting the estate sale, are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending this estate sale, you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. Visit the property at your own discretion, not responsible for accidents or injury, allergic reactions, etc.
Our security cameras are on during our sales. Your entry onto the premises constitutes your consent to being video taped. If any of our cameras see patrons removing items without paying, the footage will be given to the local police and they will be prosecuted.
There will be a sign up sheet posted on the day before the sale at 2pm at 405 Washington Street, Waukegan, IL 60085
First come first serve, we will NOT reserve spots or take names over the phone to be put on the sign up sheet. You must be present.
If you are coming from out of state, you can call us after 3pm the day before the sale to be out on the list. Proof from out of state needs to be provided.
