-DO NOT START A LIST THE MORNING OF THE SALE OR POST A LIST ON THE PROPERTY. Use the QR code posted on the door to add your name to the online sign-up. Once we have admitted customers who signed up online using Pickerty, we will admit any walk-ins according to the order in which they arrived.
-Please arrive prepared to remove all items you have purchased. If you can’t move it by yourself, bring help. All items must be removed during sale hours. We will provide contacts for local, reasonable movers upon request.

This good old fashioned digger sale is not your typical Monogram sale. If you follow our sales, you know we like to run an orderly, everything-is-priced kind of sale. This isn't quite one of those.... but we couldn’t pass up the chance to find new homes for all the amazing antique and vintage treasures here, many of which we haven't found before. It will be fun!

Treasures in this home are from 1900 to present, spanning 4 generations. Not much was discarded along the way.
