Estate Sale Terms & Conditions of Entry
By entering the premises, you agree to the following terms:
1. Enter at Your Own Risk
This is a private residence. All buyers enter at their own risk. The homeowner and estate sale organizers are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.
2. All Sales Are Final
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.
3. No Large Bags or Backpacks
For security purposes, large bags, backpacks, and oversized purses are not permitted inside. You may be asked to leave them at the designated area.
4. Limited Occupancy
To maintain safety and protect the contents of the home, entry may be limited. Please be prepared to wait.
5. No Early Entry / No Pre-Sales (if applicable)
No early access will be granted. Sale begins promptly at the advertised time.
6. Respect the Property
This is a private home. Please be respectful of the space, staff, and other სტუმers. No food, drinks, or smoking permitted inside.
7. Children Must Be Supervised
Children must remain with an adult at all times. No running or rough behavior.
8. Hold & Payment Policy
Items cannot be held without payment
Accepted payment methods: [cash, credit, etc.]
Large items must be removed within designated timeframes
9. Theft Prevention Measures
Shoplifting will not be tolerated and may be prosecuted. Security measures may be in place.
10. Removal of Items
Buyers are responsible for removing purchased items. Bring appropriate help/tools. Staff may not be available to assist with heavy lifting.
