All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" and all sales are FINAL.

Murphy Lane Auction House (MLAH) does not guarantee the authenticity of any Lot(s) we sell. Please inspect photos and email us with any questions. All questions or inquiries must be emailed at least one day prior to auction close. Buyer takes full responsibility.

Closing Day:
Please email any questions at least one day prior to auction end. We do not respond to any Lot inquiries, bid approvals, shipping questions, or anything else pertaining to the auction on closing day. No emails or phone calls will be answered.

No bid retractions.

Bidders with a negative Hibid review will not be allowed to bid.

Pre-approval is needed for any bid $1000 or higher. Please email our team at murphylaneauctions@gmail.com prior to bidding. Please email at least one day before auction close.

Settlement Statements:
Settlement Statements are sent out the following day to winner Bidders. It will disclose the pick up location. If the Bidder does not see the statement in their inbox, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. MURPHY LANE AUCTION HOUSE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STATEMENTS/INVOICES GOING TO SPAM FOLDERS. WE WILL NO LONGER ALLOW LATE PICK UP DUE TO NOT SEEING ANY STATEMENTS OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON.

*Please be respectful of our time. Bid only if you can pick up during the designated pick up window listed for that auction.
NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR ITEMS NOT PICKED UP.

Payment:
Payment by credit card only and will be charged at close of auction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX. Credit card surcharge fee added of 3%. Any shipping charges will be added to the final invoice and collected.

The Bidder agrees to pick up all items within the scheduled removal dates/times of that specific auction. All items must be loaded by Bidder; NO staff will be onsite to help remove heavy items. Please bring any packing/moving supplies that you might need. If you cannot make the designated pick up times, please do not bid. Items not removed during designated pick up hours are forfeited back to MLAH to be resold and NO refund given.

Buyer’s Premium of 10%

Indiana Sales tax of 7% added to final invoice.

Shipping:
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. We ship to the exact address given during the registration process, so please make sure the shipping address is correct. MLAH is not responsible for lost items if provided inaccurate information. Not all Lots are available for shipping, specific Lots will be marked. No third party shipping or pickup.

All shipped items have a $3 s&h charge for packaging costs. Items will ship within 5 business days using the most economical shipping option at our discretion. If you would like a specific shipping rate, you must contact us at least one day prior to auction close. Tracking will be emailed to winner Bidder; please check spam folder. Shipping cost will be added to final invoice and charged to credit card.

MLAH is not responsible for any technical difficulties and/or bidding errors that are related to the server, software, internet, HiBid or any other online auction-related technologies.
