We will be limiting the number of people in the house at one time.
Usually if we anticipate there will be a crowd, we will put out a sign in sheet at noon on the day before the sale on the front porch. Since this sale is being conducted in a gated community, we cannot do this for this sale, since the guard will only be letting people in starting at 8 am the day of the sale, Friday, August 22.
For this sale we will be doing a sign in sheet by text. I will start taking text requests for the sign in sheet at 12 noon on Thursday, August 21. Please text Amy at 574-529-4252 to get on the sign in sheet (please no texts at midnight or 3 am thank you). We did a sale at the neighbor's house 2 years ago and we did the sign in sheet this way too. It's not a perfect system, but hopefully it will help.
We accept cash and will take credit/debit card payments for a 5% convenience fee.
We are sorry we cannot help you move heavy items, please bring help, thank you!
Sometimes we may be able to arrange delivery for certain items for a fee.
