A special note about pickup! All winning bidders, please schedule via the link and call if you need a particular pickup time. We will work with you if we can. Please bring any boxes, packing materials, tools, moving equipment, and loading labor you might need. We will have some help available.

HANDLING FEES ARE DETERMINED BY THE BOX, SM, MED, LRG/XL, AND START AT $5.00 +UP.
TO CLARIFY: IF YOU HAVE A LARGE BOX WITH SEVERAL ITEMS THAT NEED A LOT OF BUBBLE WRAP/PAPER, THESE TYPICALLY TAKE MORE TIME AND SUPPLIES. THE FEE COULD BE $20-$35+ TO PACKAGE. WE COMBINE ITEMS AND TRY TO SHIP IN ONE BOX TO KEEP COSTS AT A MINIMUM.
SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED AFTER WE PACKAGE YOUR ITEMS. YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED, AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER IN YOUR EMAIL INBOX.

We are not responsible for accidents or items after being sold. All items are sold As Found and must be picked up after the sale unless other arrangements have been made or you forfeit your items. No exceptions, No Refunds.
Please Note That the State of Indiana has updated collecting sales tax at Online single-owner auctions. We will be collecting sales tax if you live in Indiana. If you are tax-exempt, we will need an ST-105 form emailed in before the auction ends.

Dr. Alan Lloyd Hargrave, lived a life devoted to service, education, and community. A respected higher education administrator, Alan retired in 2021 from Ball State University after 35 years as Associate Vice President for Student Affairs and Director of Housing and Residence Life. His leadership shaped campus life through the construction and renovation of residence halls, and his commitment to care, inclusion, and student growth left a lasting legacy. Earlier in his career, he served at Murray State University and the University of Southern Mississippi. Alan was a longtime, beloved member of Broadway United Methodist Church, where he found fellowship and joy—especially when sharing his famous pies, cakes, and cookies at church gatherings. He was also an avid dog enthusiast and owner of award-winning Russell and Border Terriers, including “Dynamite,” a multiple Best in Show and Westminster winner. In retirement, Alan enjoyed quilting and generously gifting his creations to friends, family, and those in need.
