THIS ONE HITS HOME FOR US. THIS ESTATE WAS ACTUALLY A NEIGHBOR OF OURS AND SHE WAS SUCH A SWEET LADY WITH LOTS OF GOODIES. THE HOUSE IS FULL OF NIC NACS, FURNISHINGS, VINTAGE ITEMS AND MORE. SHE LIVED THERE FOR 60 YEARS AFTER SHE GRADUATED FROM COLLEGE WITH HER PARENTS. HER FATHER WAS A GUNSMITH SO THERE ARE SOME VINTAGE GUN STOCKS AND PARTS IN THE BASEMENT WORKSHOP AS WELL. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE HOUSE AND NEIGHBORHOOD. HER ESTATE'S ENTIRETY IS BEING DISPERSED BETWEEN 20 DIFFERENT CHARITIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH HER WISHES, SO COME AND FIND SOME TREASURES, BUT DO A GOOD DEED AS WELL!
