Please bring your own boxes, bags etc. If purchasing large or bulky items please bring your own loading help. 3 B's Auction nor the property owner will be liable for any accidents or damage should it occur. You are entering the property at YOUR own risk. Do NOT be dumping out totes and making a mess of the home. Some disarray is to be expected but if you are caught damaging items or dumping boxes or totes you will be removed from the property and not be allowed to participate in future sales!
