Buyer's Premium
A buyer's premium will be added to all winning bids. The applicable percentage will be stated on each individual sale listing.
Payment
Payment is due in full on the day of sale. We accept cash, approved checks, and major credit cards. Indiana sales tax will be collected unless a valid exemption certificate is provided at time of payment.
Removal
All items must be removed on the day of sale or by the stated pickup deadline unless prior arrangements have been made with Burgess Auctions. Items not removed by the deadline may be subject to storage fees or forfeiture.
Shipping
Shipping is available on select sales. When offered, buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Details will be provided in each individual sale listing.
Auctioneer's Discretion
The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid, resolve any disputes, and make announcements that supersede printed or posted materials. The auctioneer's decision is final.
Firearms
All firearm transactions are conducted in full compliance with federal and state law through our licensed FFL facility. Buyers must be legally eligible to purchase firearms.
