Method of Payment: All purchases must be paid in full by check, cash, Visa, Discover, American Express, or Master Card. A buyer's premium equal to 15% will be applied to all winning bids. The buyer's premium percentage will be applied to each lot sold, to be paid by the buyer as part of the final purchase price. 7% sales tax will also be charged to all bidders unless the buyer possesses a sales tax exemption number. An additional 3% fee will be charged to all purchases using a credit card. Payments not received by the final pickup time will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. A wire transfer will be required for all gold, silver, coin or jewelry purchases.

Condition of Items: All items are being sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranty being expressed or implied by the Auction Company or the Seller.

Removal: Items may be picked up on Monday, March 9th, BY APPOINTMENT from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Steffen Group Auction Gallery Location located at 102 South Jefferson in Ossian, Indiana.

Any items not removed within this time frame will be forfeited by the Buyer, may be resold, and any cost of removal, deficiency, or loss may be charged to the Buyer. Your stamped paid receipt must be shown to checkout supervision prior to removal. Although checkout supervision will be provided, the auction company and sellers are not liable for lost or stolen items purchased at the sale. Buyers are responsible for all risk of loss, property damage, personal injury caused by removal, and all costs of removal of items/lots purchased. Moving & loading services contracted with any rigging or moving company are independent of the Auctioneer, and the Auctioneer shall be held harmless from any claims arising between the buyer and said company.

All jewelry, gold, silver, currency or coin purchases will require a wire transfer for payment prior to shipping.

Shipping: Shipping will be available for small items in-house through Shipping Saint. Large items will be shipped using More Than Mail, Pak Mail or Similar. All costs associated with shipping, including boxes, materials, and handling, will be paid by the Buyer. A $5 handling fee is added to all invoices requesting shipping. For questions regarding shipping, contact the Auctioneer prior to the closing day of the auction. We cannot ship with an outside shipping label being sent to the shipping department. Any invoice total of $500.00 or more will also be shipped with and adult signature required. The items will be packed, and then an invoice will be sent for payment through Shipping Saint. If damage does occur, we insure every package. All claims will need to be filed through Shipping Saint or the Outside Shipping Company.
