ONLINE BIDDERS: PayPal is NOT a payment option with Chupp Auctions. After the auction you will receive an email/text from Shipping Saint including shipping options or to arrange for a pick-up date. Smaller items will be shipped through USPS or UPS. Any fragile items will be delivered to the UPS Store for professional packing and shipping. Items purchased will remain in our possession until full payment is made. If an invoice is not paid in full within 15 days (including shipping costs), Chupp Auctions reserves the right to resell the items and the bidder forfeits any partial payment applied to this invoice.

All applicable ATF laws will be followed for firearms sold - NO EXCEPTIONS. FFL License # 4-35-13964. Must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun. Transferee MUST be the one to pick-up the firearm. Out of state sales will be shipped to a local and verified FFL in the buyers state.
