Large Moving/Downsizing Estate Sale

1. All Sales Are Final--All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees, warranties, refunds, or exchanges. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.

2. Payment Methods Accepted--We accept cash, credit/debit cards, ApplePay and Cash App. Personal checks are not accepted. A small convenience fee may apply to card or digital payments.

3. Pick-Up and Loading--Buyers are responsible for bringing their own help, tools, and vehicles to safely remove and transport large or heavy items. Staff may be unable to assist with loading due to liability concerns.

4. Hold Policy--Items will not be held without full payment. All purchased items must be picked up by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements are made.

5. Liability Disclaimer--By attending the sale, you agree that the property owner and estate sale company are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur on the premises.

6. Children and Pets--For safety reasons, please supervise children at all times. No pets allowed, except registered service animals.

7. Conduct--We reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals for disruptive or unsafe behavior.
