1.We will post a sign up sheet on the front door at 8:30 a.m. the morning of the sale. Only 10 customers are allowed on the premises at a time.
2. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. It is your responsibility to inspect all items before purchasing.
3. We accept: cash and Zelle
4. We do not provide any details prior to the sale or offer pre-sales.
5. We are not able to help with moving/loading items.
6. We do not warranty any items and are not responsible for any items left behind.
7. Mind yourself at all times. We are not responsible for injuries or accidents.
8. No public restrooms, No large bags, No outside food or drinks.
