Cash and cards ONLY, no fee on cards.

NO PUBLIC RESTROOM, no exceptions.

LARGE ITEMS/FURNITURE MUST BE REMOVED BY THE END OF THE SALE (SUNDAY 3PM) OR ITEMS BECOME FORFEITED.

Typically, we do not offer a sign-up sheet or marker system. However, when weather warrants, we will provide entrance tickets, see sale listings for info.

For pricing and specific information (ex. “Does it work?”) please come to the sale.

We do accept bids on items over $50. Bids must be higher than half price since day two is our HALF PRICE DAY. Bid cards are on the checkout table. Fill out the bid card, fold your bid, then give to a cashier. Cashier will place your bid in the money box. Bids are reviewed between 4pm and 5pm on Saturday. Winning bids only will be called between 4 and 5pm on Saturday. Bids can be picked up during sale hours on Sunday or another arranged time.

To handle items behind the checkout or in the jewelry case, we require a photo ID deposit while the item is being handled.

To purchase large ticket items, remove the price tag and notify staff so it can be marked sold. If you don't notify staff, it may be sold to someone else.

Help loading purchases not guaranteed, please bring help with you.

The other shelf has painting supplies and covers for deck furniture and wood stacks.Cutting mats and quilting guides/rulers.  They are displayed on an antique four-poster twin bed.The blue things to the left of the bed are air mattresses, perfect for camping.Schwinn recumbent bicycle exercise machine.Another view.Just tilt your head.  It's not that hard.  Unless you slept wrong last night.And another view.The cream colored dresser is a cabinet of 12 drawers, made by California Closets.This is the kitchen, looking to the back deck area where you will find a grill, bench swing and a Big Green Egg.  There on the counter is a basket of wooden fruit.  Items like this are for looking and maybe even touching, but if you try to eat it, you will be on your own and I will act like I don't know you.Fine pieces of luggage there sandwiched between Christmas and sewing.These vintage games are located under the mantle in the room in which you enter the house. Here you will also find a flat of costume jewelry and small items.An elephant to hold a plant, oranges, or your little dog.  The possibilities are endless.  He sits in the hallway beyond the kitchen, eagerly awaiting your attention.  I hope you know sign language because I don't think he can hear.  Also, I am about 80% sure this elephant is a him, but what do I know??Doorway of the blue room that is dark (in terms of lighting and not mood).  This room is up the stairs which you will see when you exit the dining room having come through the kitchen that will be on your right as you come into the house.
