This is a picker-style estate sale. Most items are not individually priced. Please gather the items you are interested in and we will work out a fair price.

Please bring your own boxes, bags, and packing materials. We will have very limited packing supplies available.

Please bring help to load large or heavy items. Staff will not be able to assist with moving furniture or large purchases.

Items cannot be held without payment, paid items must be removed by the end of the sale.

Large driveway is reserved for loading only.

All items are sold as-is, where-is. All sales are final.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost or stolen items.

Entry to the home may be limited at times to prevent overcrowding and allow fair dealing with buyers.

Please be respectful of neighbors and do not block driveways, mailboxes, or the street.

No public restrooms are available.

Children must remain with parents at all times.

This is a true multi-generation estate picker sale packed with items spanning from the late 1800s through the 1980s.

The home contains belongings from our grandparents as well as items from their children, resulting in a wide mix of antiques, vintage household goods, tools, collectibles, and practical everyday items. The house, garage, and basement areas still contain a large amount of material, and buyers who enjoy digging and discovering things will have plenty to explore.

This will be a PICKER STYLE SALE. Most items are not individually priced.

Bring a box or bag (we are unable to provide packing or carrying materials), build a pile, and we will make a fair deal.

Our goal is to respectfully clear the family home and move items on to people who can use and appreciate them, so reasonable offers will be accepted throughout the sale.

For items that are individually priced, the following discount schedule will apply:

Thursday – Full price

Friday – 25% off

Saturday – 50% off

Sunday – Final liquidation – fill a bag or box for $5 or $10 depending on size

(BYOB – Bring Your Own Bag/Box)
