**Estate Sale Terms & Conditions**
By entering and/or purchasing items from this estate sale, you agree to the following terms:

**All Sales Final**
All items are sold **as-is, where-is** with **no warranties or guarantees**, expressed or implied.

**No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

**Condition of Items - Buyers are responsible for inspecting all items prior to purchase.
No representations regarding condition, authenticity, functionality, or completeness of any item.

**Payments**
All purchases must be paid in full at the time of sale
Accepted payment methods: Cash or Credit Card
No items will be held without payment.

**Item Removal**
All items must be removed within the designated pickup window.
Buyers are responsible for bringing necessary tools, labor, and transportation.
No assistance may be provided for moving large or heavy items.

**Liability**
Entry to the property is at your own risk. Property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items while on the premises.

**Pricing & Availability**
Prices are subject to change at any time.
All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

**Disputes**
In the event of a dispute, the decision of property owners and/or estate representatives is final.
