Please read before bidding. By placing a bid, you agree to all Auction Terms & Conditions listed below.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged on this auction unless a valid tax-exempt certificate is provided. If you are tax exempt, please email your certificate to Everythingauctionexchange@gmail.com before the auction closes.

Buyer's Premium
All lots are subject to a 12% Buyer's Premium, unless otherwise specified in an individual lot.

Payment
Payment is due immediately following the auction. The credit card on file will be charged the morning after the auction closes. Please make sure your card information is current and sufficient funds are available.
If your card is declined or payment cannot be processed, please contact Everything Auction Exchange promptly to arrange payment.

Pickup
Please schedule your pickup using the link provided with your invoice. Scheduling helps us provide a quick and smooth pickup process.
If you are unable to pick up during the scheduled pickup dates and times, please contact us to make alternate arrangements.

Pickup Location:
Pickup is at our warehouse. Directions will be provided with winning bidders' invoices.

Please bring your own boxes, packing materials, and any help needed to load your purchases. Loading assistance may not be available.

30-Day Abandoned Items Policy
Purchases are expected to be picked up during the scheduled pickup dates. If you need an alternate pickup time, please contact us to make arrangements.
Any purchased items remaining at the auction house for more than 30 days after the scheduled auction pickup date, whether paid or unpaid, and without prior approved arrangements, will be considered abandoned and relinquished back to Everything Auction Exchange.
Everything Auction Exchange will make reasonable attempts to contact buyers regarding declined credit cards, unpaid invoices, and/or items that have not been picked up.
No refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be issued for abandoned or relinquished items, including items that were previously paid for.

Shipping
No shipping outside the United States.
If you need your purchases shipped, please contact us. A handling fee of $5.00 for the first lot and $2.00 for each additional lot will be charged in addition to actual shipping costs.
We will consolidate purchases into as few boxes as reasonably possible.
Item Condition

Items are not tested and are of unknown working condition unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual lot description.

AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Registration & Agreement to Terms
All prospective buyers must be at least 18 years old and must register with Everything Auction Exchange before bidding.
By registering and/or placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that they have received, read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Auction Terms & Conditions and any additional terms posted for the auction.

2. Bidding & Final Sale
The auction will be conducted by offering items by lot, either individually or in groups.
The bidder offering the highest bid accepted by the Auctioneer shall be the purchaser of the lot. Bids may not be retracted once accepted.
All sales are final.

3. Bidder Responsibility & Indemnification
The bidder, whether acting as an individual, agent, officer, director, representative of a company, or in any other capacity, agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Everything Auction Exchange, the Auctioneer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, attorneys, and consignors from claims, damages, costs, losses, injuries, or liabilities arising from the purchase, possession, removal, transportation, or use of any item, or from attendance or participation at the auction or auction site, whether before, during, or after the auction.

4. Payment Responsibility
The bidder is responsible for payment of the purchase price, Buyer's Premium, applicable fees, shipping and handling charges when applicable, and all applicable taxes associated with the bidder's purchases.
Payment is due immediately following the auction. The credit card on file will be charged the morning after the auction closes. A declined credit card or unsuccessful payment attempt does not cancel the sale or relieve the bidder of their obligation to pay the full amount due.

5. Governing Law
These Auction Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Kansas.
Any legal action arising from these terms or the auction shall be brought in the appropriate court located in Johnson County, Kansas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Items Sold AS IS – WHERE IS
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding condition, quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, authenticity, age, completeness, or working condition.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in an individual lot description, all items should be considered untested and of unknown working condition.
Everything Auction Exchange, the Auctioneer, consignors, and their employees or representatives make no guarantee regarding the authenticity, condition, defects, functionality, or completeness of any item.
Bidders are encouraged to inspect items before bidding and to rely on their own inspection and judgment.
Failure to inspect an item does not relieve the bidder of their responsibility to complete the purchase.

7. Catalog Descriptions & Photographs
The auction catalog, lot descriptions, measurements, photographs, and other information are provided as a guide only.
Although we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, Everything Auction Exchange does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of catalog descriptions, photographs, measurements, identification, age, condition, or other information.
Bidders are responsible for reviewing photographs, descriptions, and available information and, when possible, inspecting items before bidding.
Errors or inaccuracies in a catalog description or photograph do not invalidate a sale.

8. Auction Site & Pickup Safety
An auction and pickup location may contain potentially hazardous conditions, including heavy objects, equipment, uneven surfaces, stairs, and other hazards.
Anyone entering the auction or pickup location does so at their own risk.
Bidders and their guests, employees, agents, or representatives assume responsibility for their own safety and property while on the premises.
Everything Auction Exchange, the Auctioneer, consignors, property owners, employees, and representatives shall not be responsible for injuries, property damage, or losses occurring at the auction or pickup location except as otherwise required by law.

9. Bidding Disputes, Reserves & Auctioneer Discretion
Any dispute regarding bidding shall be resolved by the Auctioneer at the Auctioneer's sole discretion.
The Auctioneer may reopen bidding or offer a disputed lot for sale again when appropriate.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject or refuse any bid.
Certain lots may be offered subject to a reserve price. When applicable, the reserve will be noted in the lot information.
The Auctioneer may place bids on behalf of the consignor up to the reserve price where permitted by law and the auction platform.
Lots that do not meet the reserve may be offered again in a future auction.

10. Credit Card & Payment
A valid Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card may be required to register for the auction.
Payment is due immediately following the auction. Winning bidders' credit cards on file will be automatically charged the morning after the auction closes.
If this is your first time registering with a credit card, the auction platform or payment processor may temporarily authorize a small amount for card verification. Any such authorization is handled by the applicable payment processor.
If the credit card on file is declined or payment cannot be processed, the bidder remains responsible for the full amount of the invoice and must promptly contact Everything Auction Exchange to arrange payment.
A declined card, unsuccessful payment attempt, or failure to respond to payment requests does not cancel the sale or release the bidder from their obligation to pay.

11. Shipping
Shipping is available only on eligible items and at the discretion of Everything Auction Exchange.
No shipping outside the United States.
Buyers requesting shipping will be charged:
$5.00 handling fee for the first lot
$2.00 handling fee for each additional lot
Actual shipping charges
We will make reasonable efforts to consolidate items into as few packages as practical.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

12. Sales Tax
Applicable state and local sales tax will be assessed and collected on purchases unless valid exemption documentation is provided.
Tax-exempt buyers must provide appropriate documentation before the auction closes so the exemption can be applied to the invoice.

13. Buyer's Premium
All purchases are subject to a Buyer's Premium.
A Buyer's Premium is an auction fee charged in addition to the successful bid price.
Unless otherwise stated in the description of a specific lot, the Buyer's Premium for this auction is:
12% of the successful bid price.

14. Removal, Loading & Responsibility for Purchases
Purchasers may not remove items from the auction facility until their purchases have been paid for in full, including the Buyer's Premium, applicable taxes, and other charges.
Purchases are expected to be removed during the scheduled pickup dates and times. If a purchaser cannot attend the scheduled pickup, they must contact Everything Auction Exchange to request alternate arrangements.
Removal and loading of purchases are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Loading assistance may not be available. Buyers should bring adequate help, equipment, boxes, packing materials, tools, and vehicles necessary to safely remove their purchases.
The purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility associated with loading and removing purchases and agrees to be responsible for damage or injury caused during removal by the purchaser or anyone assisting the purchaser.

15. Payment, Pickup & Abandoned Items – 30-Day Policy
Payment is due immediately following the auction. The credit card on file will be charged the morning after the auction closes.
If the card on file is declined or payment cannot be processed, the buyer remains responsible for the full amount due and must promptly contact Everything Auction Exchange to arrange payment. The 30-day period described below is not an extension of the payment due date or a grace period for payment.
Purchases are expected to be picked up during the scheduled auction pickup dates and times. If a buyer is unable to pick up during the scheduled pickup period, prior arrangements must be made and approved by Everything Auction Exchange.
Everything Auction Exchange will make reasonable attempts to contact buyers regarding declined credit cards, unpaid invoices, and/or purchases that have not been picked up.
Any purchased items remaining at the auction house for more than 30 days after the scheduled auction pickup date, whether paid or unpaid, and without prior approved arrangements, will be considered abandoned and relinquished back to Everything Auction Exchange.
Once an item is considered abandoned, the buyer relinquishes all rights, title, and interest in the item. Everything Auction Exchange may resell, donate, dispose of, or otherwise handle the item at its sole discretion.
No refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be issued for abandoned or relinquished items, including items that were previously paid for.
Failure to pick up an item does not cancel the sale or entitle the buyer to a refund.

16. Internet Bidding
Everything Auction Exchange makes no guarantee that internet bidding services will operate without interruption or error.
Internet services may be affected by outages, delays, equipment failures, software errors, internet connectivity issues, platform interruptions, or circumstances outside the control of Everything Auction Exchange.
Everything Auction Exchange is not responsible for bids that are missed, delayed, incorrectly transmitted, or otherwise affected by internet, software, equipment, or third-party service problems.
Bidders assume the risks associated with using online bidding services.

Highlights include pink Depression glass light shades, Fire-King Jadeite, vintage PYREX, antique Yawman & Erbe oak card catalog cabinet, antique cast iron pieces, vintage Royal typewriters, Polaroid and 35mm cameras, SEGA gaming items, Care Bears collectibles, California Raisins collectibles, and vintage toys and games. Advertising and automobilia collectors will find vintage Skelly and Johnson oil cans, Phillips and automotive items, Maytag advertising, vintage food and product tins, dairy bottles, advertising fans, agricultural sacks and other early advertising pieces.
