Morning Glory-Overland Park Estate Sale

MORNING GLORY ESTATE SALES, a Ministry of Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas, we serve our neighbors of all faiths, through Help, Hope and Hospitality. Our 40% commission and remaining donations from Morning Glory Estate Sales go to fund the 30+ programs in our 21-county service area of Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. No checks. We do not accept Venmo, but do have Apple Pay. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Please NO STROLLERS, NO LARGE BAGS, OR ANIMALS (unless held in hand by owner) for respect of the property owner’s home. Large bags may be checked at the front checkout for later purchases.

WE DO NOT HAVE HELP MOVING HEAVY FURNITURE, please bring the necessary help or ask us for our reputable movers list.
We or the homeowner are not responsible for accidents or injuries inside or outside of the home.
We are unable to provide pre-sale prices or pre-sale purchases.
Some pictures may be subject to change before sale opening.
We reserve the right to limit entry if needed at the beginning of each day.
Any sold items that are not picked up by the end of the sale (if no other arrangements have been made) shall be designated for donation without refunds.

First Day: Full Price
Second Day: 50% OFF (unless marked firm)
WE DO ACCEPT BIDS THROUGHOUT THE SALE, please intend to purchase if participating in the bidding process. All winning bids will be called on Friday eve after the sale. First day bids must be equal or higher than 60% of original price, bids are accepted for items over $50. If bids are not paid for before the next sale day by 10am, they will go back on the floor for sale. Saturday is 50% OFF our reasonable pricing, but we do entertain bids on Saturday as well later in the day at the discretion of the manager. These items can not be held until then to be fair to other customers shopping.

ALL VALUABLES KEPT OFF SITE UNTIL EACH DAY OF SALE
Please be respectful of homeowner's property and other shoppers and do not enter the backyard before the sale is open.
Please adhere to the No Parking signs and do not block neighbor’s driveways.
Estate Driveway for loading/large purchase pickup only, but can be used as a "drop off" for handicap accessibility. (drop off only, no parking in driveway)
We do honor the marker system, but please be in your spot at least 10 minutes before opening. We sometimes open a bit early due to weather conditions.
