To Bid: You will need to register through our software to participate in our online estate auctions. We will get contact and payment information from you at the time that you register.
Timed Bidding: Lots will begin closing at the advertised closing date & time and will close 30 seconds apart. If a new bid comes in during the last 30 seconds before a lot closes, an additional 1 minute will be added.
Buyer’s Premium: A buyer’s premium is an additional charge to the winning bidder. It is a percentage of their bid and is added to the winning bid amount. The buyer’s premium is 16% of the final hammer price.
Condition: All items are sold as-is. Please carefully review the pictures and condition report before bidding on a lot. We are unable to offer refunds for condition issues if the issue was disclosed in the pictures and/or condition report.
Payment: If you are a winning bidder, you will receive an invoice the morning after the auction and your credit card on file will be auto-charged (there is no additional fee for credit card payments). We do not accept cash or checks for payment.
Pickup: The item pickup date & time is advertised on each online estate auction. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice, as well as a link to sign up for a pickup time slot. Items not picked up during the advertised pickup window will be considered abandoned and will be donated without a refund. Brown Button does not provide any shipping services for online estate auctions.

SALE HIGHLIGHTS:
This $1.5M, 4,000+ sq. ft. Prairie Village estate features a collection of mid-century and contemporary furnishings, original artwork, sculpture, decorative glass, religious art, collectibles, and a Lexus ES350. The sale includes furniture and decorative pieces spanning traditional, Asian-inspired, Egyptian, and postmodern styles.
Art and sculpture highlights include a 4-foot Asian wood carving depicting a tiger and eagle, original framed artwork, bronze statues, Giorgio Armani statuary, a Dino Bonalberti Capodimonte sculpture, ceramic religious statues, framed traditional Egyptian scenes, religious artwork, and Egyptian urns. Glass and decorative pieces include Egyptian art glass, Dino Rosin and Calcedonia glass, Bohemian gold-gilt cups, jade grapes, ornate jewel boxes, and a silver service.
Furniture includes a Thayer Coggin mid-century modern sofa and chairs, an oriental chest of drawers, an ornate inlaid drink cart, a metal and glass étagère, glass-front display cases, a curved gold and glass display cabinet, oriental rugs, a vintage Sligh desk, a contemporary dining set, and postmodern Lane bedroom sets.
Additional items include an upright organ, a ceramic nativity set, Precious Moments figurines, dolls, vintage jewelry, a pool table, and a Lexus ES350.
