Buckle up, Blue Tape-ers -

WHAT are the odd we have TWO sales in the same week and BOTH are specTAAACular  (take those odds and we’ll see you at both sales!)

Now first, the Shawnee sale:

Gosh, and reeeally, this was a fun sale to put together and I’m just gonna get to it …

Nice furniture for sure - that woven iron base wall/sofa table with the stone top (wo), the recently purchased Kirwood sectional sofa, and the red Broyhill sofa and ‘big’ chair & stool (Kansas Citians look gooood in Chiefs and Jayhawk red/crimson!) …

First time we’ve seen a wood carved rocking goat before (note the glue-able dismembered horn), Antique display cabinet, law library case, several claw foot tables …

Terrific - and many - nice bedroom furniture including that King size 4-poster bed - the Tempur-pedic Contour (remote head and feet elevation) is sold separately, handsome Lane sofa table …

Twin-to-King Ikea daybed with mattresses (and storage!), bar stools, caned chair set, many side tables and dang it, how sweet is that hand carved bear table, just presh …

Nice lamps, costume jewelry, linens, antique spears and machete, Balsam Hill Christmas Tree, toys, Frigidaire Fridge, nice luggage …

Worth noting that the homeowner’s family member was one of the Writer/Producers for several DreamWorks movies like ANTZ (loved) and the Madagascar movies so we have several framed movie posters with 3 autographed by Writer/Producers - as well as a few signed DVDs and a good deal of DreamWorks merchandise (stuffies and characters lalala) …

ALBUMS!  Super eclectic selection in the 3 full boxes we have - many I’ve never heard of or seen before (see pics) …

GREAT selection of women’s young ladies and girl’s clothes, shoes and handbags, coats (nice) and scarves … and a leather motorcycle jacket and chaps (broom) …

A nice selection of KU wear and little tchotchkes/KU everything, Byers Carolers, nice artwork, and PUZZZZLLLES and board games (think holiday family time), Brother sewing machine …

Good kitchen schtuff including 5 pieces of the coveted Le Crest (in blue, of course!), a Sunbeam mixer, those adorable Pottery Barn reindeer service, Fiestaware, cookbooks, serving pieces, and more …

Livestrong Indoor Cycling Bike, Bose Wave Radio/CD, Casio Key board with stand & stool, American Girl Dolls (a bit o’ clothing), LOTS and lots of boxes o’ books and DVDs, a few Wii miscellany …

A 2-piece Craftsman tool chest, power and hand tools, workbench/table is full o’ ALL that handy-happiness (why do people buy stuff like that retail? *sorry, Home Depot-ians)

And don’t think for a minute that you, or a friend/family won’t need a Knee Rover at some point - they are the best (says the gal who’s used one, albeit rented), also have an Oasis Space walker with a nylon seat, handy carrying bag and brakes - she's a beautiful specimen of supportive efficiency …

An excellent selection of wood carving tools, Trek bikes, Kuat bike rack, Bodyglove inflantable stand up, paddleboard, coolers, lawnmower, lotsa other lawn beautification tools …

Oooo, and this beautiful and well maintained home will be on the market soon (super neighborhood and neighbors!) so come by and buy AND check out the home!

And then … on October 8-9 (that Wednesday & Thursday) we’ll WOW you with another Super Sale in Mission Hills (see ad on ESnet) … best week evah!

SEE YOU SUNDAY!
