This is one of the most intense sales we've ever tackled. The estate owner is alive and well, but has moved to a maintenance free home and their life long collections must go to new homes. This person was a playwright, actor, director and producer of many forms of theatre. This person's BIO includes Topeka Civic Theatre, New York Broadway plays, a theatre pub, and time spent working around the United States in other theaters'. Not only was the theatre this person's passion and career, but this person also owned / operated one or more vendor booths at various antique and curio shops. Many of the items for sale in this sale, come from these shops, which the estate owner is trying to divest themself of hundreds of items, which were once upon a time for sale in these curio / antique stores.
We are motivated to sell this estate and get these unique and interesting treasures to a new home. As with most sales; all items will be sold for the price they are marked on the first day. We WILL entertain reasonable offers on day 01; especially if you happen t find something that we missed pricing. Days 02 -04; discounts go up!! Third and final day, discounts will be significant.
We have hundreds of boxes and bags available for you to use for shopping...so don't worry if you left your favorite estate sale bag / box at home. We've got you covered.
