Hey everyone…I’m going to need your help with this one! This will be one of the most unusual sales we’ve hosted, and likely; one of the most “packed houses” you’ve ever seen. Starting Thursday, October 02nd, thru Sunday, October 05th, we’re hosting a hybrid estate sale / some priced items / MANY “make an offer” Picking items!!! There’s just too much stuff in the basement and garage and outdoor sheds, to get this all physically priced.
The estate heirs, are under a deadline to get the house emptied, so a new family can take possession. The goal is to have this house, yard, garage and outdoor sheds; emptied by late October!!
In This sale you will find some stuff priced and staged / laid out, just like you can see in a traditional estate sale. You will absolutely find MORE stuff that is NOT priced and you can pick thru the piles; bring it up to the front area of the house, and MAKE a REASONABLE OFFER on it all, and take home these treasures.
There will be all the usual stuff you find in an estate sale; jewelry, clothing, tools, electronics, DVDs, dishes, furniture, books. There is also thousands of pottery molds, pottery supplies, mystery totes of craft supplies, outdoor sheds FULL of everything under the sun…and much more!
