Croco Road is a busy 5 lane north / south main street. There is very little parking on Croco itself, but there is an adjacent SE 37th Street. The driveway of the home is wide enough to accommodate parking off to one side; allowing other cars to move up and down the driveway. We plan to mark some parking options in the grass.

We accept Vanmo, Apple Pay, Cash, and major credit card with a 3% fee. There will be many large and bulky and heavy items; including woodworking machines in the basement. Some of the major appliances may be up for sale too. Woodworking machines include a lathe, radial arm saw; jigsaw, jointer and etc. These items MAY need to be disassembled to get them up out of the basement. Bring helpers. We will have a basic tool set on hand.

Update 4/29 - Apologies, but the photos with the four post bed, have a blue and white patterned quilt with matching pillows. At the last minute, the family ( estate owner ) has decided to REMOVE the blue and white patterned quilt. There will be other quilts for sale; however. We marked the quilt in these photos as "pending". Again; we're very sorry for this late removal of this blue and white patterned quilt with matching photos.

Updated 4/21 - There will be only about 1/2 of the contents of the home priced. The remaining treasures, will be pickable; contained in various rooms, the basement, part of the driveway and garage. The family had a live auction on 4/18, and not everything got sold...so we'll have some boxes of miscellaneous stuff that can be picked thru and offers made.

This senior couple is moving out of state and the entire contents that they cannot take with them, must be sold. The lived here for 54 years, and have accumulated a tremendous amount of treasure.

We will have signs around the home, basement and etc., which invite you to dig thru stuff and find items you want...and then make a reasonable offer on them. Basically anything without a price on it, will go for cheap. We'll also accept reasonable offers on the first...and every day, on all items; including those with price tags.
