Cash, good Checks w/ID, and Visa, Master Card &, Discover credit cards. Credit purchases must be a minimum of $20.00 or more. Checks are limited to the amount of $300.00 or less. Buyers are responsible for wrapping their breakable items and bringing their own boxes and wrapping materials. We ask that large furniture items be scheduled to move following the sale's conclusion. Please bring help to load your larger items. Help is not always available by sale staff if you are not physically able to move the items on your own. Larger item moving can sometimes be facilitated to your residence, however, the cost is negotiated between the buyer and the movers who typically assist our company. We do not routinely provide moving services. Not responsible for accidents. All items sold "as is where is". No returns. No early sales. Jewelry and valuable items will be removed at the end of each
business day. All sales final.
WE ALSO TAKE BIDS ON ALL ITEMS!   BE SURE AND ASK STAFF HOW THE BIDDING PROCESS WORKS IF YOU ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH IT.

Our opening day of sales we will not be discounting items. On the second day we will discount most items 25 percent until noon. From noon to 1:00pm the door will be closed. At 1:00pm all remaining items will be discounted by 50 %.

Covid hasn't disappeared altogether and the flu season is here again. We are asking our customers to observe social distancing as much as possible and to stay away if feeling ill. It is our hope that any customer not yet vaccinated will take responsibility for the safety of others and wear a mask and observe social distancing.

We try and answer all questions sent by email in timely fashion but please understand that sometimes it just isn't possible due to very busy schedules. It is also very difficult to answer phone calls during the sale itself. Please try and make any inquiries as early as possible before the sale begins. Description & Details

This sale represents the contents of a lovely home filled to the brim by a senior couple who resided in the Topeka community for many years.  There truly should be something of interest to everyone who attends.  We are offering furniture from various periods and in diverse styles.  There is an awesome selection of collectible glassware, primitives, loads of costume and sterling jewelry, china and kitchen wares, quality men's and ladies clothing, clocks, 33 rpm albums, 45's and 78's, CDs and DVDs, a massive amount of holiday decorations, lamps, artwork, linens, and more.  We will be selling a 2023 Chevrolet Traverse with 9,000 miles, and two nice John Deere garden tractors. A variety of tools are offered, including a number of garden/yard items. We are also selling a nice Maytag washer/dryer pair, a clean upright Frigidaire freezer, several flat screen televisions, and electronics.  Please plan to attend!  We look forward to seeing everyone and hope you find a bargain or a treasure at our sale event.  Take time to check out the pictures and review the lists below.  We will be adding a few new ones up until the sale event begins.

It was purchased for a senior apartment that had to be vacated very soon after it was initially occupied.  It is super comfy and it blends well with the equally new sofa. Check it out.  It is more attractive when seen in conjunction with the other furniture.Ooh...this kitty looks mad.
