BUYERS PREMIUM & SALES TAX - 15% cash/18% credit card. All sales under $100.00 will be charged to the credit card. Sales tax will be collected on items picked up live or shipped to Kansas residents. There is no sales tax on absentee bid purchases shipped out of state.

SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE BILLED SEPARATELY FROM YOUR AUCTION PURCHASE(S), AND WILL INCLUDE AMOUNTS FOR SHIPPING, INSURANCE, MATERIALS & LABOR. Your credit card on file will be charged the final shipping unless you've requested otherwise. Minimum $10.00 per shipment.
Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer and Cash. Sorry no Amex.
Payment Instructions: Online bidders will be charged at the conclusion of the auction via the credit card on file (provided to participate / register). If you would like to pay with cash or other cash instruments, you must notify Old Town Station prior to the close of the auction. If your credit card is declined or you request an alternate payment option after the card has been charged, an additional 2% may be charged.
All sales are made only in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. By registering to bid, or placing a bid, you accept and agree to abide by these terms. Announcements day of Auction Day take precedence over published material.
AS IS / WHERE IS - Generally, items in this auction are sold as is, where is, with no guarantee whatsoever. Guns and ammunition are specifically NOT warranted for shooting. Any used firearm should be inspected by a competent gunsmith for safety, function, and proper ammunition type before attempting to fire. Any description of mechanical function or condition does NOT mean the gun has been inspected or Okayed for shooting. Ammunition of unknown origin should not be fired, and the ammunition in this auction is sold for salvage of components or as collectibles only.
ANTIQUE, MUZZLE-LOADING & AIR GUNS - May be shipped directly to bidders unless your local or state law has restricted this. It is our policy not to sell these items to individuals who would not be eligible to purchase modern firearms. By bidding on these, you represent that you are not a minor, mentally defective individual, or other person who would be restricted from buying and that such purchase is legal in your home area.
AMMUNITION, AIR GUN & KNIFE PURCHASES: Know your State and Local Laws & Restrictions! We will not be responsible for your purchase if your State restricts the shipment.
