It is the Buyers responsibility to remove items without causing damage to the properly. Buyers will be financially responsible for any damage.

Payment is required before pickup. Cash accepted (exact amount required). You are responsible for your bids. Unpaid items will be charged to the card on file. If your card is declined, we reserve the right to sell your items to another bidder.
