Cash is the preferred method of payment simply due to the risk involved in other forms. We do not give prices out ahead of time over the phone. We often do not price until just before the sale. Once pictures are seen, people make plans to attend the sale, often traveling quite a distance. For that reason, we do not presell these items. Any exceptions (very rare!) to this will be clearly posted in the info section on that particular estate sale. We do not help load heavy items due to liability so please bring ample help.
