- Items are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Pickups:
- Please ensure the item(s) fit into your vehicle before purchase. We are not responsible for loading your purchase(s) upon pickup.
- If you need to outsource a third party to pick up your item(s), you MUST notify us beforehand of the designated pickup driver. The designated pickup driver MUST also present proof of purchase/permission, upon pickup. This is to protect each and every one of our guests. :-)

- We are not responsible for accidents of any kind. Should you break or damage an item(s), you will be obligated to pay for the damaged item(s). We have also done our best to make the location safe and accessible. You are responsible for being aware of your surroundings and being safe.

Several vehicles (with titles), arrow heads, power tools, several riding mowers and push mowers, lots of Coca Cola memorabilia, a vast array of baseball cards (including Tops), vintage toys (Hot Wheels, board games, etc), authentic street signs, furniture, mechanic parts and tools, several motor bikes, vintage adult magazines, LOTS of old school Christmas decor (more than your average estate sale), and much more.
We will run this sale in conjunction with the upcoming 400 Mile Yard Sale event, so be prepared for many photos to upload soon!
