Purchases:
- We accept cash, credit card, Cashapp, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Venmo.
- All items are sold where is/as is.
- Items are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Not all items in the home are for sale. Items not for sale will be marked as NOT FOR SALE.
- All sales are final.
Pickups:
- Please have help to load as we are not responsible for loading your purchase(s) upon pickup.
- All purchases must be picked up within 48 hours of the close of the sale. Items not picked up during the sale hours must make arrangements with The Closet Marketplace for a time that works for both parties.
- If you need to outsource your items for pick up , you MUST notify us beforehand of the company name/designated pickup person. The designated pickup driver MUST also present proof of purchase/permission, upon pickup. This is to protect each of our buyers.

- We are not responsible for accidents during the sale.
- Damage to property during the sale: If you break it, you will be obligated to pay for the damaged item(s). The Closet Marketplace will do what we can to make the home a safe shopping environment however you will be responsible for your actions. We kindly ask that you be aware of your surroundings and be safe.
- We recommend that children under the age of 13 not attend sales; however, we do know that this is not always possible. If children attend the sale with you, we ask that they remain with a parent or guardian at all times. If your children break an item(s), you will be obligated to pay for the damaged item(s).
- No public restrooms are available. This is to protect our client's home.

With this in mind, please be mindful of others and do not push or shove, grab or fight over items or remove tags from items that you do not intend to buy.
